[Atmob-discuss] Visiting Hawaii in November

I will be visiting the island of Hawaii sometime in November - any suggestions from the group on what to do there are welcome.  I am certainly planning on participating in one of the public astronomy sessions on Mauna Kea.  Recommendations on places to stay are also welcome.

In a less obvious vein, I have a strong background in rf, microwave, and millimeter-wave engineering and might be able to lend a pro bono assist to a project professionally, given the right circumstances and permission from my employer.
