Maybe but my forehead sweats easily and the skin there is often the coolest part 
of my body when I am "running around".  When my kids are hot and sweaty and I 
touch their forehead with my lips I can tell they don't have a fever but when 
they *do* have a fever their forehead is dry and hot.
