[Atmob-discuss] Mercury's recent western elongation

As I had mentioned at the last ATMoB meeting, I had been working on a series of Mercury videos taken with my Celestron C11 over a 19 day period from October 15th to November 2nd recording Mercury during it's recent western elongation. I have put them together in an animation of 7 frames covering that period. It's at the top of this webpage:

I did a similar 5 frame animation last year that's shown at the bottom of that same webpage, but this one has somewhat better resolution.
