I ran across your AMA resolution to advocate for Light Pollution Laws.
Attached are some recent references related to light and
health &  breast cancer.  Maybe you can cite these as well.
Also, the WHO declared shift work as a probable carcinogen
in 2007.

The Israeli study is especially interesting.
