[Atmob-discuss] Rejected e-mail?

I tried to send an update to everyone on the
observatory discussions, but got this rejection from
the mail server:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to
the following
 addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it
didn't work out.

74.208.65.236 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Requested mail action not
taken: rejected
 for policy reasons
