We are presently full - and have several people on a waiting list.
Though things could always change, so if you want to join the waiting
list, let us know (email Mario, ccing Joel and myself).

As we're partnering with Twilight Tours on this trip, last I hear there
are still spaces available on the Twilight Tours trip (see
http://www.twilighttours.net/). We'll be together several days around
the eclipse, but otherwise they are two separate trips.

Regarding the ATMoB trip, we don't have invited speakers -- usually a
few of those going on the trip (or Mario and I) volunteer to do one or
two presentations (such as what one can expect during the eclipse).

Hi --
     I've been the lecturer on various eclipses since 1970. You probably
know me, but in case not, I'm a columnist and editor of Astronomy
magazine, the long-time astronomy editor of the Old Farmers almanac, and
ran the astro program at Yellowstone park for a dozen years, author of
four popular books ,etc -- you can Google me.
   I'm writing because I've not yet committed to any specific group or
tour for China in 2009, and I have about a dozen people who are serious
about joining me for that one. I happened upon your e-notice, and I
thought your price looked great.
    Do you have a major speaker yet? Are you interested in a getting
this sudden influx of eclipse-lovers?
What's the whole scoop on what you're planning?
