talk about the move.  I haven't discussed this with my family yet, but
I'm still hoping we can move the glass on Saturday the 21st, because the
29th conflicts with Astro-Assembly at Seagrave Observatory in RI.

John,

If the offer still stands, we could use your trailer next Saturday. I
did not see you at the ATMoB meeting but they are concerned that there
is no place to store glass at the clubhouse. It would be safe to put it
in an outdoor shed under a tarp, but should not be exposed to water,
snow, or ice.

At Stellafane, glass could be safe in the Pavilion but we need to lay it
out later on tables for sorting. 

Chase Green from ATMoB made an inspection last night and is reporting to
the clubhouse committee. I do not know yet what the response will be. If
it cannot be coordinated for the same trip, that will cause a delay into
mid-October, something I wanted to avoid.   

I need a group to cull out unmarked blanks as scrap, wrap and package
the goodies, and move my stuff around to get access to all of the
material. 

It will probably take several hours to load up but I do have a dozen or
more kitty-litter pails. Cardboard boxes and milk cartons would be a
great help, if volunteers can bring them.

It would be nice to do a rough inventory during the packing, but that
requires more volunteers.   

Unloading at the Pavilion should be fairly quick and expect a few VT
volunteers will be there in the afternoon.
