I don't think that's in the cards. 

1) the cell, clips, whatever would be aluminized
2) If the cell is painted it would outgas into the vac chamber, affecting the coating
3) If there are any screws in the cell they would outgas trapped air for a long time,

But it can't hurt to ask I suppose...
