I think it's as big as the full moon but not sure.  It's definitely
fuzzy naked eye but much more impressive in binoculars.  In the
telescope it definitely has a strong asymetrical look to it.  Like the
tail is going off to the right in a photo I just took a little while
ago.  The photo doesn't do it justice.  Visibly it is very obvious that 
the tail is going to the right (as oriented in the picture, your angle 
may vary).
