Yes, the Garden Telescope IS real, though the optics were made later. It has a pretty high estimate, so who knows if it will actually sell. We'll find out Saturday.

Unfortunately the 5-inch Clark's lens has had a VERY hard life, with edge chips, center dings and a crack travelling inward that needs drilling before the crown element comes apart. Anyone thinking about bidding should look at it very carefully. The mount was made by an early ATM, not the Clarks. Skinner has it estimated at $6-8K.
