I usually just use the Clear Sky Clock but you could also try the Cloud Futures site at the Cooperative Institute for Meteorological Satellite Studies (CIMSS)at University of Wisconsin. They produce a 60-hours ahead prediction in the form of a small scale video. Kinda cool and might be helpful:
