John, All:
If you refer to Mike Schexnaydre's photo the bowl of
the Dipper  is easily visible and the distance
between the two objects accurately measured  using a
star chart. Pick the top part of the track for both
ISS and STS117, as the shutter closes at the same
time, and scale it to the Dipper.  Hopefully, there
is not a lot of distortion in Mike's 18mm lens.
