[ATMoB-discuss] Lifetime membership dues

Wew could rejoin the astronomical
league, but... the reason we dropped was
it means an extra $5/ person from all to
do so. That was why we dropped, to keep
dues as low as possible. Our current
dues allow us break even at best.
