Actually, the answer is much simpler ...

The bylaws do NOT provide for lifetime memberships. I know we've
discussed it at the board level in the past and didn't feel that it was
worth doing. That doesn't mean the membership can't suggest it and you'd
have to follow the procedures for changes to the bylaws (see the bylaws
- http://www.atmob.org/about/bylaws/bylaws.pdf).

What if any, are the dues for a lifetime membership in the club. I
remember seeing something not too long ago. I figure on another 40+
years that I would be a member, so rather than submitting yearly dues, I
would just plunk down a chunk now and forget about my yearly dues. Is
there a discount involved for lifetime dues?
