Bernie,
You have a good point, but usually, like Stellafane, prior 
registrants get the notice first and sometimes the
info doesn't get on the web for another month. With 600 places being 
scarce and sold out early, I wanted to
encourage our membership to see a different way to run a star party 
and really enjoy it.. I don't remember the
registration forms being on the web last year. I think it just said 
to contact the Fred Heinrich.
After working with 150Meg files in Photoshop, I guess I forget that 
the Web is always running at capacity.
What technology is Apple going to use to download full-length, new 
release movies?
Hope you can come.
BTW, they had to ban green laser pointers because of the many 
low-flying military flights between Boca Raton NAS
and Homestead AFB. Yet, the planes are not much of a problem for 
astrophotographers.
