[ATMoB-discuss] BMOS Planetarium

While planetariums are disappearing from many cities, this will not  be the 
case in Boston.  I learned the other evening that the Hayden  Foundation gave a 
grant of $2 million to the Museum of Science Planetarium in  order for it to 
purchase a new, state-of-the-art projector.  Apparently,  the new projector 
will be installed in the present theater even the museum's  long range expansion 
plans call for a new domed theater to replace the present  one.
 
Maybe, Noreen and Darryl, planetarium staff and ATMoB members, can  provide 
more information.
