Hi Everyone!

<mailto:atmob-discuss at atmob.org>
I drove to my dark site in hopes capture a good image of the close
approach of the comet to the Ring
The Clear Sky Clock and Forcast said "All Clear!|"
Got there before sunset and the sky was wonderful
As it darken the clouds got thicker and thicker and thicker...
I stuck it out and at times my view of this image on my screen was
totally blown out by clouds
I managed to capture the whole event (according to my camera's FOV)
116 frames (lost 2) from 10:00pm - 12:20am DST
SAC10 1 shot ccd prime on the C8 .5 focal reducer at f/5 1000mm
auto-guided with my 80mm x2 barlowed @ 1320mm
I processed it to bring out as much image as could be seen
Since it was High Overcast and Soupy this is the best I can acheive,
However you can see what's happening for sure.
Comments welcome
Please be patient when loading since the video is 11mb in size
If you Download it you may have better results.
CS and Thanks for Looking
John
