Calling all TM's and AA's:
Can't wait for Stellafane Convention?

This is the session I mentioned at the April and May ATMoB
meetings.
This is a chance to learn to operate the Porter, the 13-inch
Schupmann, or do Digital Imaging.
You are also welcome to bring up a scope in case it is clear
and set up at the Observing Field. This is a chance to see the
progress on the Pavilion ( and help out with convention
preparations if you like). There is plenty of mowing and weed
wacking to do or just relax and enjoy a few summer days away
from the rat-race.

We meet Friday at 5PM with introductions, session planning,
dinner, and then observing if it is clear. Classes and Solar
Observing all day Saturday and Sunday up to 2PM. Also,
Saturday night Observing. 
There are a few (Ha!Ha! - just joking) campsites available and
out-houses at both Stellafane Clubhouse and Stellafane East. 
There are also a couple of Flush-n-Flame toilets available.
......Or check in at the Holiday Inn  Express or Hartness
House. Also, There are new exhibits to see in the Museum of
Telescope Making. Just ask the manager for a tour.

In addition to TM chats, we can also show how to process
multiple images from the Egyption Eclipse in PhotoShop for
HDR- high dynamic range.

So pack up the wagon with wife, kids, and a scope.
Please keep all animals leashed as there may be wild ones
prowling.  There will be some heavy machinery operating during
the day so exercise caution at all times.
