I contacted David Rowe and received the following information:

The position we have open would involve handling of optics, including 
cleaning, coating, and packaging etc. Ideally, the person would have some 
experience handling optics, however, this is not essential because we are 
willing to train if necessary.  The pay level for this opening is approx. 
$12 to 15/hr. We offer health and dental benefits (company pays 80%) as 
well as a 401K plan with 25% matching.
