[ATMoB-discuss] Emailing Monthly Newsletter

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see how we're using any really
measurable amount of electricity to power a telescope and/or dew heaters. Do
we really have that many non-members showing up and setting up telescopes on
site? It's been so long since I hauled everything up there that I don't have
a feel for it.
