The M33 image is more spectactular than your M31 because of M33's very low surface brightness. 

You have captured the spiral arms right into the core and the liberal spread of Hydrogen emission throughout the galaxy.

Excellent, although somewhat over or - under processed - not sure which.
Perhaps not enough separate exposures?...not enough darks? ...excessive unsharp masking?

Nevertheless, another classic.
