[ATMoB-discuss] Shuttle Launched tonite

Yellow orange before MECO. Thruster firings at irregular intervals and
durations seemed white

No data on Az (I was at an unfamiliar location and didn't pay attention).
Alt - maybe 7 deg or so - not very high, was glad to have a good horizon!!

Trailing objects - only the usual UFOs that John Glenn described in the
"Frasier Show" a few years ago. Flitting around - sometimes behind,
sometimes ahead of Discovery. Makes me wonder why we bother to try and
compete. But I digress...

Any observing details? Color before, after MECO, other objects seen
trailing, altitude/azimuths, angular rate of motion?
I thought the launch was postponed until tomorrow night, and missed the
show.
