Glenn,

Excellent idea - I'll let this settle down a little and do just that. Strangely enough, the Eagle Trib did an article on LP in NH about 1 month ago that was not driven by an astronomer, but from some town planner (I believe) as they were considering an outdoor lighting ordinance.
