[ATMoB-discuss] Pluto

You know, Pluto hasn't gone away. It is just what grouping we put it in
may have technically changed. Many of us will likely still call it a
planet for a long time to come.

The discovery is no less important or significant.

I think any decision was going to make some people unhappy.

Pluto demoted as a planet.
Just great... I have a signed copy of Clyde Tombaugh's discovery plate
of Pluto hanging in my home, would have been worth "millions" someday,
now.... nothing. Even worse, they decided against Ceres becoming a
planet (Discovered by a fellow Sicilian, and named after the Godess of
Sicily...)
I am doubly screwed today, .. anyone got Zoloft?
Mario
