I bought regular U.S.P. collodion at a local CVS; I spoke with the pharmacist, told him what I was using it for, and he ordered it from his regular supplier.  It arrived the next day. It was about six years ago, and it cost about $16 for either a pint, quart or liter (can't recall), with no hazmat charges. It's worth a few phone calls to try to find a pharmacist willing to look at his catalogs.
