Not bad at all.
There are several suggestions. You have "hot" and
"cold" pixels quite evident.
If using Maxlm, I would
1. Remove hot pixels, then remove cold pixels (Averages
them with surrounding), that would eliminate the
"grainy" appearance.
Then I would do "digital development" as this brings
out very faint detail. Finally, see if unsharp mask
brings out any detail (sometimes helps, sometimes does
not). How deep was the image? all of these processing
steps work much better if you have better signal to
noise (read, stack a number together, then process).
