[Atmob-announce] Mass Towns with LP laws

I would like to enlist the help of all club members who are Cambridge 
residents in reviewing the enforcement of LP laws in Cambridge.

I am aware of some positive things that Cambridge has done, like most 
street lights seem full cut-off and the lighting of the Common. On
the very negative side is the lighting for the Water Dept. at Fresh Pond,
and the bridge over the tracks on Alewife which is probably a State 
matter.
