 There will be a work session at the ATMOB clubhouse on Saturday, 8/16
beginning at 10AM. I have attached a list of projects that will be
prioritized by John Reed and Dave Prowten. We will need help with lawn
mowing, painting and re-grading select areas of the observing field
after the concrete forms are removed. Please help out if you can give us
a couple of hours on Saturday.

Dave will be lead for construction on the clam shell dome structure and
will arrive with lumber purchased from Concord Lumber.

Eileen will be lead for starting scraping then painting the North side
of the barn( to move around to the west side in Sep)

John will be lead for the sequence removal and grading around the new
observing pads. I'll get the seed before Sat.

Mike Hill will follow Dave's instructions to continue the interior
insulation in the near barn. John will ensure the outside door/window is
preserved as guaranteed to the Westford historical group who visited the
clubhouse a few years ago.

The grass mowing and trimming need be done Saturday. The mosquito magnet
needs be checked. Lunch will be provided by Art and Sai and hopefully
Eric J.

(The mosquitoes are plentiful and hungry around here all week. We'll try
the Listerene spray but all should bring repellant and sunscreen.)

In the pm I'll try for more stone and mortar under the four holer.
