[Atmob-announce] RASC Handbooks

In response to inquiries from various members, this is to notify everyone that
twenty-five RASC Handbooks for 2008 have been ordered.
However, I do not expect that they will be delivered in time for the meeting
next week.
When received, they will be sold for $19 each, which includes $2.05 for the
club.
